- Minimum 5 hour package

Bronze
- 5 hours of support, to be used flexibly across the month

- 10 hours support, to be used flexibly across the month

Retainers are paid in advance, and hours must be used within a 30 day period

Subject to availability, I can offer a range of different retainer packages to suit (the above are examples to give idea of costs). Retainer packages are all based on £30 per hour.

Yes, all the retainers are flexible and can be increased (subject to availability) and decreased (with two weeks minimum notice). It’s generally best to start small, and increase your hours as required.
I will keep you updated on how many hours you have left across the month and notify you when you are approaching your quota. If additional hours are required it’s no problem – these will be charged at the same hourly rate as your usual hours.
I track my time used for each task with time tracking software. A breakdown of this time can be provided with your invoice on request.
