2. These terms and my services

These terms cover your use of the website only. If you become a client, my virtual assistant services are provided under a separate written Virtual Assistant Agreement, which will take priority over anything on this website.

3. Information on the website

The content on the website is for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Prices and service details shown are a guide and are confirmed in writing before any work begins. I aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but I do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or always available.

4. Changes to the website and these terms

I may update the website or these terms at any time. Please check this page when you use the website, as the version in force at that time will apply.

5. Intellectual property

I own, or have permission to use, all content on the website, including text, images, logos and design. You may view and print pages for your own personal reference. You must not copy, reproduce, republish or use any content for commercial purposes without my written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • use the website in any way that breaks any law or regulation, or for any fraudulent purpose;
  • submit false, misleading or someone else’s details through the contact form;
  • send unsolicited advertising, spam or bulk messages through the website;
  • upload or transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
  • carry out a denial-of-service attack or anything else that disrupts the website;
  • scrape, harvest or collect data from the website using automated tools without my permission;
  • send content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory or obscene.

If you break these rules, I may stop you using the website and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Any breach of computer misuse laws will be reported to the police.

7. Links

The website may link to other websites, such as social media profiles. These links are provided for information only. I have no control over those websites and I am not responsible for their content or for any loss caused by using them.

You may link to the website’s home page as long as you do so fairly and legally and do not suggest any endorsement or association with me that does not exist.

8. Viruses and security

I take reasonable steps to keep the website secure, but I cannot guarantee it will be free from bugs or viruses. Please use your own virus protection when using any website.

9. My liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, including loss of profit, business, data or opportunity. If you are a consumer, I only provide the website for personal use and am not liable for any business losses.

10. Your privacy

I only use your personal information as set out in my Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
